When will my order be shipped?
My processing time is about 1-2 weeks although I try to have things sent out in about 3-4 business days! I am just one gal with a chronic illness running this business and do not have a staff or warehouse so large volumes of orders may take me a bit to get through. Life events such as conventions, sickness, or family emergencies may delay the shipping of your package. If you need an order by a certain date as long as it's a reasonable range, I would be more than happy to accommodate you if you shoot me an email. If you need something for an event or birthday and simply expect to get it within 3-4 days without letting me know, it probably won't happen. Remember, small businesses are not Amazon!
If you place a purchase during one of my shop updates, please allow up to 21 DAYS for me to package and send out every order. I package every order by myself and receive them in very high volumes during updates so please be patient! You’ll get a shipping notification when I print out your label but if you check back after a day or two and it still says “pre-shipment,” it means I haven’t dropped off your package/ it hasn’t been scanned at the post office yet!
I have a question about my order, how can I contact you?
Please EMAIL me! (Subject- Inquiry: Whatever your question has to do with.) Or use the contact page on my website. Things get lost far too easily in DM’s and I like to keep all of my info in one place! If you e-mail me, I will reply within 10 business days! (I know that seems long but sometimes my adhd brain gets the best of me. I will try to replay ASAP though!)

How long does shipping take?
After your item has been shipped, it takes roughly 3-5 days for domestic (inside the US), but it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks intl. It depends on where you are!
Shipping to Mexico specifically has been giving me issues lately. Packages to Mexico do usually turn up but it may take a month or two. I am so sorry I blame the big orange idiot for this.

How much is shipping?
Small items such as pins and phone grips start at $4.50 for domestic (Inside the US), $10 for Canada, and $15 for international orders.
Shipping for claw clips or orders with a large amount of items that need a box start at $4.50 for domestic, $16 for Canada, and $19 for INTL.
Cushion and Ita Bag shipping costs are $5 for US, $16 for Canada, and $22 for INTL.
Shipping cost may increase by .50 for each additional item that you buy or $1 for heavier items.
I placed an order a few weeks ago and still don’t have it! Where is my order?
Before you ask this, PLEASE make sure you didn’t order a PRE-ORDER item. Pre-ordering can take several weeks or even a few months for the pins to be made. If you order an in stock item WITH a pre-order item, your package will not get sent out until the pre-ordered item arrives.
If you ordered an in stock item and haven’t gotten a shipping notification after a couple of weeks (excluding the case of ordering during a large shop update), please e-mail me!
My order says delivered but it’s not in my mailbox/ at my door?
Sometimes USPS will pre-scan packages to meet daily quotas but won’t actually deliver it until a few days later. Give it a few days and it should show up. If not, then double check your address or ask your neighbors! There’s little to nothing I can do once a package is delivered, I can’t track it down and in order to protect my business I can’t send a replacement. Please understand!
How long do I have to wait for a pre-order item?
Pre-ordering can take anywhere from 2-6 months depending on the manufacturer and the item, then another week or so for me to quality check the items and get them ready to send to you! Please understand that if there is an error with the manufacturer or with the products when I receive them, your pre-order may be pushed back until the perfect products arrive! If you are not prepared to wait, PLEASE do not pre-order and PLEASE read the pre-order disclaimer under the product description of pre-order items!

I think my package is lost. What can you do about it?
Please understand that as a small business with a limited number of products, it can be very difficult for me to replace lost or stolen packages. Please keep in mind when you order from me that after I drop your package at the post office, it is out of my hands. I won't be able to tell you why it's at a certain mail facility or why it is taking so long. I will try my absolute best to find a solution that will help you out, but please understand if there is nothing I can do.
My package has been in the same place for a couple of weeks, what can you do about it?
Unfortunately, there isn’t anything that I can do to speed the process along for international delivery. Packages usually go to a distribution center in the US and may take a bit to go from there to your country. If it has been stuck in your country for a few weeks, please contact your local post office! There isn't much I can do once the package leaves the US. Please be patient! Your package will arrive eventually! :]
I got a customs charge, what can you do about it?
Unfortunately, I do not take responsibility for your country’s customs and I will not pay for them. If you order from me, please understand your own country's customs and be prepared to pay for that. If you refuse to pay customs and your purchase is returned to me, I will not send it back out and you will be refunded for your purchase minus the shipping cost.
Paypal is the only payment method?
Technically yes, but you do NOT need a Paypal account to check out from my shop. If you select “pay with Paypal” at checkout, it will give you an option to either log in or check out as a guest and use a credit/debit card.
I decided I don’t want my order/ pre-order, can I cancel it?
As long as I haven't shipped it yet!
My product broke, will you replace it?
Oh absolutely! There's always the occasional faulty product, it happens from time to time. My replacement policy is within a month and a half of receiving your product so if you’re within my time frame and you’d like to reach out to me, I will try my best to replace your product if I have it in stock or find a solution that best fits you. I will also say that a lot of my products can be fixed with glue or liquid cement so if you’d like to DIY a fix then go for it!
What is your pin grading system:
All of my pins are loosely graded and are all standard grade. Pins are technically made to be worn and they are made in batches by the hundreds by hand filling in all of the color so there’s bound to be a flaw or two.
Standards MAY include SMALL flaws like a tiny scratch or bubble or minor underfill, but of course anything with a major flaw will end up in a C grade/ seconds pile to be sold at a major discount during certain updates.
(Some older pins may have options that fall under my old grading system of having Standard, B and C grades. Please read the grading description under each pin to see how they are graded!)
I think you sent me the wrong grade.
Oops! I make mistakes, it happens sometimes. Please email me if I sent you the wrong grade pin with a picture of the pin and it’s flaw! If I agree that it’s the incorrect grade, I will either offer you a partial refund for the difference of grade (i.e. $4 if you ordered a standard and got a C grade.) Or I’ll send you the correct pin if I still have it in stock!
How do I polish my pins?
Use a jewelry polishing cloth or any other proper method for cleaning/ polishing jewelry. Do NOT use water. It will make the pin rust. You can also use toothpaste, just dab a tiny bit on a paper towel and rub your pin with it. Sounds strange but it works like a charm!
Are you doing a GO for _____?
I don’t accept organized GO’s, however you are welcome to place an order through my shop for you and some friends if you’d like to save on shipping.
Is ______ sold out?
I receive this question a lot for pre-order items. Pre-order slots may sell out, but that does not mean the item itself has! There will ALWAYS be in-stocks of the products after a pre order period. If it is an in stock that is sold out, I may possibly restock or have some laying around that I haven’t listed yet! Please check my pin production/restock schedule in the link of my social media bios to see what will be restocked and when!
I placed multiple orders, can I combine shipping?
Yes! Combine shipping forms are in the link in my sm bio! Please fill that out correctly then I will combine your orders for you and you will receive a partial shipping refund!
Will you restock?
If something is very popular and sells out quickly then absolutely!
Are the poppies restickable?
Poppies are usually single use, however if you manage to get it off your phone case and want to re-stick it you can purchase new phone grip adhesives from amazon! They are usually pretty cheap.
Are your Poppies P*p s*ckets?
No, they are not. My products have a different style than p*p s*ckets. That company's product is not mine so please do not expect them to be entirely similar when purchasing one of my Poppies and please do not refer to my products as such!
