🎀What is a pre order?🎀

A preorder is when you purchase an item that HAS NOT BEEN MADE YET. I do not have them physically in stock. What you’re paying for, is an item that is GOING to be made. You’re helping me pay to produce the item by paying a discounted price in exchange for waiting for the product to finish production.

🎀How long does production take/ when will I receive my item?🎀

The wait time for a preorder depends on the item, but generally production can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. This item is expected to ship by late July-early August. I do not have an exact time frame, as production delays can occur for multiple reasons, but I will send e-mail updates with any new info I receive. Please do not spam me with emails about updates regarding your preorder. If I have any updates, I will share them on my socials and via mass e-mails.

🎀Can I cancel my preorder?🎀

Yes, you have until the product arrives to cancel your preorder.

🎀What if I order in-stock items with preorder items together?🎀

If your order contains a preorder item, it WILL NOT SHIP until ALL of the items in your order have arrived. You are welcome to split your order if you decide you do not want to wait for any in stock items purchased, but I will invoice you for an additional shipping cost!

🎀Will I receive tracking info?🎀

You will receive an email with tracking once your pre order ships!

🎀What if the items don't reach the funding goal?🎀

Your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
